Services for Adults and Seniors

Thriving means more than getting through the day.
Every stage of adulthood presents its own pressures. You may be excelling in your career but struggling to maintain balance, navigating relationship or family challenges, or adapting to new realities later in life.
At Thriving Minds, our services are designed to help you build stability, preserve meaningful relationships, and develop the resilience needed to reach your fullest potential.
Comprehensive
Diagnostic Evaluation
Understanding your story begins with precision. During your initial evaluation, Dr. Brittany Smith, MD, conducts a detailed clinical assessment to identify underlying factors that influence your mental health. Together, you’ll create a clear plan that aligns evidence-based care with your personal goals and lifestyle.

Therapy for Adults
We provide structured, evidence-based, and outcome-oriented therapy, whether improving focus at work, reducing burnout, navigating transitions, or enhancing emotional regulation.
Our sessions focus on bringing structure, insight, and direction to help you move forward with confidence and stability.
Approaches Include:
A structured, evidence-based approach that helps clients recognize unhelpful thought and behavior patterns and replace them with healthier strategies. CBT equips individuals with practical skills that can be applied both in and outside of sessions, supporting meaningful, measurable progress.
The gold standard treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder and related anxiety conditions. ERP involves carefully guided exposure to triggers while building healthier responses, reducing avoidance, and restoring confidence in daily life.
An insight-oriented approach that explores how past experiences, unconscious processes, and patterns in relationships shape current challenges. This therapy fosters self-awareness and deeper understanding, creating space for lasting emotional growth and change.
A values-driven, mindfulness-based approach that helps clients accept difficult emotions without judgment while committing to actions that align with their personal goals. ACT empowers individuals to reduce internal struggle, clarify what truly matters, and build psychological flexibility, a skill essential for thriving under life’s pressures
Responsible, Evidence-Based Medication Management
